Description   The Insulated Ceiling Access Door “CAD” is a cost effective engineered solution to attic access. Designed for installation into buildings with an interior ceiling liner. Nominal size of 24”x48” for an egress of 20”x44". The CAD is a double wall steel panel with foam insulation pre-hung in a self flashing aluminum frame and shipped with an egress handle. The CAD is ready to install right out of the box – no job site cutting, measuring or assembly required. Bi-Fold Panel. Includes insulation dam to be installed above CAD door frame to hold insulation back from door opening. 4" thick panel for R28 Patent Pending door and insulation dam kit
