The Insulated Ceiling Access Door “CAD” is a cost effective engineered solution to attic access. Designed for installation into buildings with an interior ceiling liner. Nominal size of 24”x48” for an egress of 20”x44".
The CAD is a double wall steel panel with foam insulation pre-hung in a self flashing aluminum frame and shipped with an egress handle.
The CAD is ready to install right out of the box – no job site cutting, measuring or assembly required. Bi-Fold Panel.
Includes insulation dam to be installed above CAD door frame to hold insulation back from door opening.
